Mai Tai
The original recipe, created in 1944 by Victor ‘Trader Vic’ Bergeron, and named after the Tahitian girl who exclaimed ‘Mai Tai’ (‘out of this world’) after taking a sip.

Aged Jamaican rums – we use Myers’s original dark rum and Appleton Estate VX, dry orange curaçao, lime juice, orgeat syrup, rock candy syrup – we can also make a fruity modern version, just ask the bartender
